To Whom it May Concern: I just want to express extreme my satisfaction with the job done by Unique's Painting on our house, and specifically, the project management by Adam. From start to finish, he worked with me to get this done well. He shows the utmost professionalism, and quite frankly he is just a very nice person. For me, Adam was the professional face of the company. Since I live in the Bay area, I very much appreciated that he kept in close contact, sent me pictures, helped me tremendously with color selection and trim painting ideas, and just made it all happen. He was patient when I didn't answer my phone sometimes, although, he ALWAYS answered his! He worked very well with our tenant, Jonathan as well. The house looks elegant now, as opposed to the horrible color it was previously. Unique was a great 'one stop shopping experience". I didn't have to find a contractor to make repairs on the woodwork, find somebody to get a garage door, etc etc. The job site was well maintained, and the neighbors were happy according to my tenant. You have a very valuble employee in Adam Ben Simon, and when I have future work to be done, I will again contact Unique and request Adam. Thank You,
To Unique Home Design, We want to thank Steve Kossover and everyone who worked on our kitchen remodel. Everyone - from the cabinet designers to the electricians, plumbers, tilework people and painters – was friendly, polite, informative and very professional. They showed up to work each day early, and always left the day with everything clean, tidy and organized. No question was ever too small or unimportant. Steve addressed every question or concern we ever had at any time. I believe the remodel was a huge success because we had excellent communication with Steve and his team. Every step in the remodeling process went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. From the first day of demo to the final days of cabinet installation, painting and doing the final touches, Steve was there every step of the way. He was on top of each job that needed to get done. We had a total kitchen remodel – all new cabinets and countertops, electrical and plumbing rerouted, new ceiling and floor, and one window removed and another window relocated. The complete job is very well done. Everything was finished within budget and completed within the time goal. And everything is gorgeous. Interior and exterior walls are smooth and seamless. The tilework on our floor and backsplash is superb. The finish on our cabinets is beautiful and rich. Every detail down to every nook and cranny was neat and precise. We really appreciate this very much. Working with Steve and his crew was a fun and pleasant experience. We can tell that each person on the team is proud of the work they do. Greetings Steve, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the great job you did replacing the balcony at our house. I’ve had a lot of work done on various properties I’ve owned and I have to say that Unique Home Remodeling did an outstanding job. Your workers were careful, considerate, polite and most of all they cleaned up after themselves every day. The sheetrock guy you sent to repair the ruined ceiling below the once leaky balcony did an excellent job too. He also took it upon himself to make an additional small repair that had nothing to do with the leak you fixed. That kind of extra attention to detail and great service is very rare these days and very much appreciated. I am so glad I chose you to do the job. So often you hear about home remodel jobs that end in nightmares not dreams come true…we took our time researching remodelers before we decided on Unique Home Design & Remodel. Steve Kossover did a great job in ensuring that the project got started on time so that we could move in as soon as possible. We were undecided on what we should do. They came out and were very nice. We had a lot of questions, they took their time to make sure we understood what needed to be done. There were actually several different choices to choose from. My wife and I decided to go with the CoolWall, all I can say is that it HAS helped reduce our power bill. Woo-Hoo!!!
